All orders are processed as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that any customs duties, taxes or import fees at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Safe Sun is not liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

For orders shipped to Saudi Arabia with a value above 1,000 AED, customs regulations require the buyer's National ID (Iqama or Saudi ID) to be provided at the time of delivery.
🇴🇲 Important — Oman
For all orders shipped to Oman, the buyer's National ID is required at the time of delivery, regardless of the order value.
