Refund Policy

At Safe Sun Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products that have been opened, used, or where the original packaging seal has been broken.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns: * The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges: We accept exchanges within the 14-day period under the same condition (unopened/unused).

  • Important: For all exchanges, the customer must pay the return shipping fee for the original item AND the re-shipping fee for the new item.

5. Return Process: To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@safesun.ae. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
