These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Safe Sun Cosmetics. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products sold on our website are intended for personal use only. We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

We ship across the UAE and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Safe Sun Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been delivered.

Damaged Items: In the case of a defective or damaged item upon reception, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Any claim submitted after this 24-hour window will not be accepted. Upon validation of the claim, the customer will be required to return the defective product to the sender before any replacement or refund is processed. A complimentary replacement or full refund will be offered at our discretion once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Receipt of Order: If a customer claims not to have received their order, a formal claim must be submitted to info@safesun.ae with supporting evidence (e.g., photos, written statement). If our logistics partner confirms delivery with a signed proof of delivery, no refund or replacement will be issued. Safe Sun Cosmetics relies on the delivery confirmation provided by its logistics partner as the final proof of receipt.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Safe Sun Cosmetics and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Safe Sun Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
